“We bought “front row” tickets, but when we arrived we were given tickets at the back of the theatre. Another travelling group also experienced the same problem. My kids are young (short) and could not see anything at all. I couldn’t enjoy it as the kids became restless given they couldn’t engage with the show. I went to the ticket counter to enquire why this occurred and the explanation they gave was “It’s Viator, the agent’s fault”. I find this unacceptable and the only fair thing to occur is a refund.
